EXPECTATIONS OF GRANT RECIPIENTS
Submit
a Project Evaluation Form within 30 days of completion of
project, but no later than the last day of regular classes
for the school year. If the project is not completed within
the school calendar year for which the grant was awarded you
may submit a Project Continuation Form to request the funds
and project be rolled over into the following year. The
Project Continuation Form will be due on the same day as the
Grant Application deadline for the following grant cycle.
Notify the board via the Executive Director, Shelley Peck of dates
and times of any funded program(s) when applicable so a board member
may be present to learn from the program and take pictures or video
to document the program(s).
Maintain an
open dialog with the board’s communication committee.
